ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day activities and projects.

We are seeking a candidate who has exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Schedule interviews and communicate details to hiring managers, recruiters and candidates
  • Own and manage the background check and reference process with our preferred vendors
  • Assist in creating reports, metrics and presentations as needed
  • Maintain and create ATS processes and become the subject matter expert for Jobvite
  • Partner with the People Team, Finance and other teams to ensure Jobvite is updated and accurate
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, following up regarding action items and invoicing
  • Help create a positive recruitment experience through interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate files to ensure recruitment related information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist in increasing brand awareness across social media platforms and other avenues such as Glassdoor, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment events, career fairs, networking events, conferences and tradeshows.

    Core Competencies & Demonstrated Success

  • Previous work experience within a Human Resources / Recruitment department is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently
  • Proactive, self-starter, takes initiative without being directed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications

  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Previous work experience within a Human Resources / Recruitment department is an asset.
