Our regional Customer Data & Coverage Analyst will be held accountable for the quality of our data across our many systems like Oracle, Data Warehouse, and SFDC.
They are relied on to maintain data integrity as well as partner with stakeholders to operationalize our data to drive systems like Oracle sales territories and SFDC hierarchies.
This role will also influence future requirements for improvements to our customer data models as well as ensuring compliance with data governance policies and resolution of data quality issues.
A successful candidate will need to work in a highly collaborative manner with several departments across the company.
Core Job Responsibilities :
Review, validate and recommend master organizations and perform account maintenance / standardization to ensure accuracy
Work alongside our Master Data Management team to recommend changes related to new account setup and maintenance to improve process efficiencies
Partner with other areas of Americas Sales Operations to leverage data to drive key systems
Conduct appropriate data analysis to review and audit master data
Interface with cross-functional teams to support and validate teammate adherence to master data policies
Design and execute of best business practices for mass data updates as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the account hierarchies, Customer Data Integration linkage, and overall governance operations
Communicate timely and professionally to users, management, and senior leadership with repetitive issues
Develop standard procedures, user guides, and other necessary training and job aid materials
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of National Instruments customer data through experience with order management, quotes, and other customer datasets preferred
Ability to work with a team as well as independently
