The burn-in engineer will be a member of the Costa Rica MegaLab team in the Corporate Quality Network's qualification execution services (QES) horizontal team.
Job responsibilities include enabling the burn-in stress test program for client, server, and other product segments to support product qualification.
Collaboration with ATM factories to ensure Product Health Indicators are met (including burn-in continuous improvements to reduce failures) will be required up to 2 quarters after product qualification.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following :
Must have :
Bachelor Degree in Electrical engineering, Computer engineering, or other related fields of study.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Understanding of semiconductor device physics, logic design, design for test, computer architecture, digital / analog circuits is strongly desired
Implementing test programs or using tester platforms to perform content debug and validation
Programming experience in one / more language : C / C++, Perl, Python, Java, VB, etc.
Strong debug and data analysis skills using tools like JMP
Understanding of high volume manufacturing flows and automation
