The Identity Management Support team manages and operates the solutions and components used to provide customers Identity and Access Management and Directory Services capabilities for their corresponding systems and applications in the corporate environment.
We ensure to provide excellent support, while at the same time providing innovative IT solutions to all our customers who consume IT Services within Roche.
As DevOps & Automation Senior Specialist , you will be part of the team responsible for the operational support, performance, tactical lifecycle management and continuous improvement of the underlying technologies, and you will have focus on DevOps and automation.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Being responsible for platform installation, daily administration, technical support and in maintaining consistent configuration, with particular focus on automation technologies and DevOps.
Provide 2nd level support. Operationally manage and support the infrastructure, its associated components and applications.
Proactively monitor systems and platforms for performance, availability and capacity management and ensure that the solution and component escalations are minimized.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in promptly responding to requests, resolving incidents and managing changes.
Perform all administrative processes and procedures to ensure that the solutions and components meet defined SLAs for availability and performance.
Ensure procedures, processes and documentation are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
Relevant concepts of ITIL, GxP and Project Management are understood, implemented and followed. These include Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Qualification & Validation and Project Management.
Participate in relevant IT projects and operational activities outside of the normal day to day tasks.
Actively focus on own self-development in creating actionable plans to improve.

You bring the following experience, skills & qualifications :
6 - 9 years of successful technical experience supporting a major global IT organization.
The ideal candidate brings DevOps and automation domain knowledge and uses tools such as Ansible and Jenkings
Infrastructure as Code DevOps, Scripting and automation experience, solid knowledge of PowerShell, DSC, Jenkins or other similar tools will be highly valuable.
Awareness of Agile techniques like Scrum, SAFe, etc are a plus for this position.
Having participated in projects mixing DevOps and Infrastructure as Code
It would be valuable, but not essential, if you bring :
Good understanding of IT Security systems and landscape with in-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management systems and related processes : SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory and other related technologies as Virtual Directory Server, Directory Cloud Solutions (eg, Azure AD) and Centrify technologies.
Experience in Privilege Access Management Solutions (eg, CyberArk).
Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager.
Experience in AD spin-off activities and AD migrations.
Experience in ITIL, GxP and Project Management
Understanding of Computer Systems Validation and working experience in a validated environment.
Industry accredited certification is desirable. Willingness to continually acquire and maintain the technical skills appropriate to the requirements of this position.
