Job Description :
This team works to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater organizational effectiveness of the changes that impact stakeholders to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of expected results.
Provide business domain solution, process, strategy, business case and change consulting to external client at functional and senior management level, on a chargeable basis.
The business domain includes industry specific business process and function specific business process such as HR, accounting and IT.
It also includes developing and managing IT governance mechanism and various policies such as security policy, business continuity policy.
Help the client innovate and formulate business solutions and technology enabled business models and new ways of doing business to create breakthrough positions in the marketplace.
Explains how and where technology can be used to address key business processes in a particular domain. Gets involved in the strategy and business issues identification and resolution;
provides input to the company account plan to develop and manage the strategic relationship with the client’s senior management, and act as a trusted advisor in transforming the client’s business.
Researches the business and technical aspects of the clients’ business to develop the knowledge needed to offer an option or view
Develops proposed change management solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives
Consults with project teams to influence and integrate change management activities into their project plans
Contributes thought leadership to develop / enhance OCM / Communication strategies and plans for transformation programs
Defines performance and stakeholder management strategies
Shapes people orientated works streams and management of change activities
Coaches and supports individuals focusing on team and program success
Identifies risks and assumptions and shapes program governance
Creates an aligned leadership strategy with defined lines of accountability
Plans and facilitates meetings, webcasts, and training events for various stakeholders documenting outcomes and coordinating follow-up actions
Creates proactive / reactive communication content, including messaging, presentations, memos, announcements, Q&A’s, blog posts and other corporate social media channels
Gains approvals for communications and distributes materials using DXC tools and distribution channels
Solicits and receives feedback on content and gaps making recommendations to incorporate or build new content
Partners with corporate communications on internal and external communications for employees, account teams, clients, analysts, and strategic partners
Partners closely with internal teams including HR, global communications, marketing, business operations and social media teams, as well as, defined employee resource groups, to identify opportunities for cross-
functional collaboration and story amplification
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development or related business degree
5 to 8 years of related external and / or internal corporate / program communications and change management experience
Experience with developing communications and change management tactics for various audiences at different levels (e.g.
executive, management, front-line employees)
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Technical aptitude; willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and manage competing priorities
Advanced skills in MS Office tools
SharePoint, MS Teams and / or other collaboration tools experience
Experience with consumer / social media
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels
Strong organization and attention to detail skills
Ability to work independently and demonstrate a "roll up your sleeves" work ethic
Possess a high degree of integrity and sense of confidentiality
Flexibility to work off hours to accommodate global team environment
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
