YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITES
Responsible for facilitating and executing tasks that support the US recruiting and onboarding process.
Work independently with recruiter(s) and TAA’s to Check position ID, Format Job Descriptions before posting, handle travel and expenses, requisition management.
Manage the onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from HR / TA tasks to hiring manager tasks and, in consequence, a smooth and successful integration of new hires into the Bayer organization.
Provide daily leadership to ensure our partners’ needs are met, identify operational problems, aiding by identifying solutions to these problems and implementing them accordingly.
Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all Talent Acquisition touch points to implement Bayer's TA Strategy and enhance Bayer's Employer Brand.
Ensure the Recruiter is informed of issues when escalation is required so the recruiter can interface with the candidate and hiring manager.
Check local requirements for open requisitions and ensure the recruitment process runs consistent with local statutory requirements and leverage the Bayer-internal sources for internal and external candidates.
Schedule interviews ensuring compliance across interviews by managing the interviewers for each position, communicate interview details to interview, provide all associated documents.
Coordinate candidate travel through a third-party vendor and process all interview related expenses.
WHO YOU ARE
High School Degree and one year of administrative working experience; or Currently studying in a HR Related field with no experience.
Experience working in SAP Success Factors.
Minimum B2 English Level
Strong drive for results, time management skills and a structured, proactive way of working.
Excellent ability to handle high volumes of administration including ability to multi-task.
