What HR Advisor contributes to Cardinal Health
This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance, and other responsibilities such as performance and talent management cycle, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, administration and guidance of policies and procedures, and other responsibilities related to Culture & Communication.
The HR Advisor serves as strategic partners to business leaders to develop and implement strategies for human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance.
This family job supports assigned business units in addressing complex and technical Human Resources challenges, advocates for the business value of HR initiatives, and enables short-term and long-term business change.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Human Resources, related field
4+ years experience in talent management within a manufacturing environment
Advance proficiency in English and Spanish
Excellent communication, relationship building and engagement skills
Solid influential leadership skills
Understanding of labor relations and talent management practices
Advance working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Working knowledge in Workday, Taleo or related HRIS preferred
Accountabilities
Demonstrates knowledge of talent management theories, practices and solutions.
Builds, implements and manages integrated programs and systems to attract, develop, engage and retain talent.
Provides talent management recommendations and solutions to all organizational levels.
Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
Explores opportunities for career development and growth.
Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly key process indicators reporting and tracking.
