The Myplanet People and Culture team is looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter based in LATAM to support our end-to-end recruitment cycle and sourcing efforts.
You’ll use your talents to raise the bar with every hire, and your personal success and impact will come from knowing you are closely involved in doing just that when you look at the talented people around you.
Your mission is to find the best people for the right role at the right time.
This is a fully remote position that will be able to find fantastic people across the entire LATAM region.
Your day-to-day :
Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers; understand their pain points, motivations, business context, and the roles required to build their teams
Full life-cycle recruitment : effectively source, screen, assess, interview, recommend candidates, offer negotiations, etc.
Facilitate an excellent candidate experience demonstrating Myplanet values from the first contact through to hire
Build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent for recurring and hard-to-fill roles in the technology space
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Coordinate the full life-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to booking interviews, booking offer calls, coordinating schedules with hiring managers and candidates, conducting reference checks when necessary, and so on
What you bring to the table :
An experienced sourcer (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean searches) & recruiter (end to end recruitment cycle), with a proven track record of 2-3 years of experience with tech positions
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (C1 level desired)
High attention to detail both with people and processes
Experience building high-trust relationships
Comfort with a high degree of autonomy
You're curious and keep up to speed on recruitment trends and best practices
LinkedIn Recruiter proficient and familiar using an ATS (we use Greenhouse)

Your work will be measured using our 360-degree system (a combination of peer and supervisor feedback) and will also be measured based on goals set in collaboration with the leadership team.
