It is a multi-tasking position answering calls and interacting with customers. They must be flexible and adaptable due to all the changes that occur with the position. Daily they may have to handle escalations, monitor and analyze digital transactions activity and Work closely with Supervisors and Seniors Analyst to share fraud patterns and good practices and mitigation tactics. There is the potential for the resource to be hired on full-time following the end of the contract.
