Core responsibilities include :
Manage, maintain existing, and grow new client relationships
Attend client meetings to determine direction of the business and impact on project priorities and resource allocations
Provide project team oversight and supervision and drive interaction / standardization amongst teams.
Initiate and manage simultaneous project efforts with a focus on timely, high-quality deliverables.
Oversee development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan.
Ensure quality and timely deliverables
Provide guidance and performance coaching to the Lionbridge Team assigned
Design and implement metrics as needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within his / her programs
Partner with onsite and global peers to keep updated processes, procedures and best practices
Proactively build action plans to better communications and team performance
Makes timely adjustments to operational model based upon program changes to ensure financial goals are achieved
Manage communication with senior leaders (LIOX & Client)
Manage client and internal escalations (quality, service, etc.) and critical situations (volume peaks, mission critical projects, etc.
reduce re-occurrences through collaboration with Operations teams and Client.
To drive innovation for clients based on historical data and market trends.
To constantly develop constructive goals in alignment with Operations.
