The Challenge

The Channel Solutions Consultant is a technical lead who supports the growth and scale of Adobe Sign within the reseller channel.

This role is responsible for managing all technical activities across specific partners or a territory and will work closely with the Adobe Channel Account Managers.

This person will lead the development of a comprehensive technical business plan for the partnership including identifying, incubating, and bringing to market service / solution offerings for Adobe Sign.

This individual is responsible for enabling partners on Adobe Sign and supporting the growth of a partner’s technical resources within their assigned partners or territory.

The right candidate will have a consultative approach, is comfortable to engage in strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management, all while growing revenue for Adobe Sign.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Drive Sign revenue through assigned reseller partners

Build and lead the technical relationships with assigned partners

Assist partners with end user prospects and customers interested in adopting Adobe Sign

Provide oversight, mentorship, and assistance during the partners sales process to ensure end customer adoption of Adobe Sign and customer success implementing the technology

Develop and execute enablement plans and build content where enablement gaps exist

Develop joint business solutions with Adobe Sign and third-party technology offerings bring to bear partner’s expertise to focus integrated outcome-based solutions

Prepare partner demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate various use cases for Adobe Sign

Assist channel partners with building their own portfolio of services offerings

Be strategic and partner to Sales by proactively recommending next steps to efficiently acquire technical wins for prescribed solutions

Minimum Requirements :

3+ years of technical sales, preferably with broad experience and responsibility

Skilled in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually

Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems such as ERP, CRM, and ECM systems

Familiarity with electronic signature and CLM concepts a plus

Strong presentation and communication skills at both an executive and technical level

Solid understanding of partner and channel business models

Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas around a technical topic, ideally on the fly

Candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to deliver on commitments and deliverables in a timely manner and work independently

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary : $160,500 - $208,400

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
