Job Role and Responsibility :

The Systems Analyst will be a member of the HR Tech team, partnering with the Senior Manager for Compensation and Benefit Systems.

Your responsibilities will include providing systems and process support for Benefit Integrations in both Workday and other third-party applications.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the support and evolution of our HR Systems, as well as engaging locally and internationally with driven and talented business and systems teams.

Your role will include the following responsibilities :

Collaborate with Benefit partners and our HR Tech Benefit specialist to identify upcoming projects, understand scope, determine business requirements and discuss roadmap / timelines.

Engage with 3rd party Benefit vendors to capture technical requirements related to integrations, secure file locations, outbound and inbound transmissions, managing error files, scheduling, re-runs etc.

As Integration lead, participate in projects including US and International Enrollment Events, US ACA Compliance Reporting and Global Program / Vendor Implementations and Enhancements.

This includes designing, configuring and deploying system / integration solutions in line with HR Tech methodologies and standards, documentation, executing / reviewing test cases and communicating with stakeholders.

Understand the interdependencies with Workday Benefits and 3rd Party Benefit tools and liaise with stakeholder teams on changes.

Work with the HR Tech Production Support Team on deployment / launch of projects, improvements and technical support activities.

Required Skills :

5 years + of previous HR Systems and Project experience in Workday, as Integrations Analyst / Consultant, with Workday professional accreditations / certifications.

Technical skills in EIB Integrations, CCB (Cloud Connect for Benefits), Studio Integrations, Workday Web Services (WWS), data mapping / transformation, SFTP and file share tools.

Familiar with technical aspects of reporting, calculated fields and system security.

Adept documentation abilities, with experience in preparing business requirements, configuration documentation, test scripts and meeting notes.

Thrive in a dynamic environment where teamwork, multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary. Exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Payroll files and integrations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline desirable.
