This team is in charge of designing, building and maintaining Workday, PeopleFluent and other Human Resource solutions that integrate and coordinate across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities :
Requires both broad and deep content knowledge in order to understand the strategic business requirements and overarching programs / business processes that may be impacted across the business enterprise.
Maintains strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers, and uses this knowledge to develop strategic requirements with Subject Matter expert.
Analyzes and determines the impact to all business platform modules to ensure that an integrated solution is maintained.
Designs, and oversees and the development, testing and implementation processes.
Ensures ongoing maintenance and alignment of the functional configuration between new and existing Human Resource products.
This position is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) for one year

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum qualifications :
5+ yrs of relevant experience
2+ Yrs of experience in PeopleFluent or Workday configuration.
Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications :
Proficiency in MS Office and other office applications
Advanced Excel skills, in particular around data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.
