ABOUT THE JOB
In this position you will be able to make sparkling contributions by :
Support Global Consumer Service in the implementation of training initiatives by maintaining materials, aids and manuals;
ensuring they are kept up to date.
Organize and conduct individual and group trainings within the learning journey as defined in the frame of the Global Consumer Service training program.
Partner with Key Stakeholders to organize and deliver training activities in the most effective manner across all topics e.
g. local market specifics, online, SCS etc.
Through monitoring quality, identify key areas that require training / coaching either on an individual or team basis.
ABOUT YOU :
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria :
Bachelor's degree in relevant area
Excellent English Language skills
At least 5 years of proven experience in the Training and Quality experience
Didactic and strong presentation skills : ability to adjust presentation style to suit the audience & levels of the business
Analytical skills : ability to link analyze KPIs and to generate insights on training interventions
Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
