In this role :
The Hub Operatiosn Leader will be responsible for the overall management of a specific delivery business segment of significant scope and complexity.
This includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance adherence of operational process and key performance metrics to achieving revenue, profit and / or TCE goals for that segment / entity.
Key focus will be management of the operational performance, strategy implementation, and governance development and adherence for the specified segment to support that business segment’s leadership.
Responsibilities :
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives
Analyzes key performance metrics and provides bridging narrative to business segment leaders
Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations / solutions to drive business improvements within their business segment.
Collaborates with operational counterparts regarding operational strategy planning, implementation, and performance.
Utilizes understanding of operational business requirements, operational process efficiencies, and current gaps to target to drive change in collaboration with key stakeholders by developing a business case, proof of concept solutions, validating the solution, and demonstrating changes add value
Collaborate, advise, consult, plan and execute with business leader and stakeholders to develop and drive corrective and proactive action plans to meet key operational and financial target
Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvement.
Communicates operational process management of change to business leaders and stakeholders
Provide metrics, reporting, and process support to leaders and stakeholders
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution
Education and Experience Required :
Typically 5+ years to establish proven track record in business.
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills :
Ability to develop meaningful relationships, network, rapport and trust in a model where team members are located in different geographies
Written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English
Advanced organizational skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and focus on top goals
Self-starting with desire to learn quickly and develop skills
Ability to apply developed subject matter knowledge to detect problems, analyze root causes, and solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives
High level of planning, project management and change management skills.
Collaborative and team player with good communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to lead teams to achieve results and influence peers
Self-sufficiency in key reporting tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, PowerBi, MS-Access, Hyperion or similar
Optional, highly recommended skills :
Knowledge of project management methody
Knowledge in server, network and storage technology
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry knowledge of the company's organization, policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
