The TRMS Centre of Leadership Excellence is looking for a Leadership Scientist to plan, implement, and scale new and existing leadership development programs for employees at the associate, frontline, and mid management levels.
This role is critical to the successful development, launch, scaling, and maintenance of a world class Centre of Leadership Excellence.
Apply effective presentation and facilitation skills to deliver learning programs. Training delivery / facilitation is the primary job role responsibility.
Manage learning program logistics within a site or program area.
Gather learning impact data and create reports.
Analyze training data for themes and trends and provide insights to business stakeholders.
Focus on the optimal learner experience and recommend improvements.
Execute needs assessments (surveys, interviews) and recommend program improvements.
Support the organization’s continuous improvement efforts.
Develop and manage strong partnerships with front line and mid-level managers.
Participate in needs assessments, analyze and prioritize needs, and tie recommendations to business goals.
Support Program managers in execution of program- related tasks as needed, such as communication, documentation, and analysis.
Support the development and maintenance of learning content as needed.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Fluency (full spoken, reading and written proficiency) in English
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in both virtual and in-person group facilitation of soft skills programs, ideally in a large corporate environment within a multicultural structure
Experience with soft skill, behavioral, management and leadership development concepts and methodologies as well as adult learning principles
Practical experience in leadership and business needs consulting
Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced work environment and manage time appropriately
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to influence across job levels
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong self-directed project management skills, with an ability to work independently
Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel. MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Master’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology)
Experience supporting and facilitating behavioral, management and leadership development programs.
Experience coaching employees, including front-line employees and middle managers
Industry certifications in learning design, program delivery, performance improvement, and / or project management (CPLP, PMP, DDI, ATD, etc.)
Experience in program / project managing an enterprise- wide learning solution
Familiarity with the Amazon brand and shopping experience
