The Order Management

manager performs the following activities but is not limited to

Accountabilities :

  • Manage a team of order management analysts to ensure SLAs are met as agreed. Responsible for HR activities such as one on ones, Performance issues, team motivation, work balance, etc
  • Ensure team meets process compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Monitors call center operation to make sure all calls are attended as expected.
  • Manages capacity vs volumes, identifies and escalates issues affecting performance.
  • Escalate and communicate issues to Sr management as appropriate
  • Identifies and implement process improvements opportunities
  • Perform ad hoc analysis per management discretion
  • Assist and triage audit requests form management as needed
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Fluent in English (90% - 100%)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company including demonstrated experience in dealing with ex-US accounting
  • Business-level English and Spanish language skills (speaking and writing) required
  • Experience using SAP desired
  • Familiarity with US GAAP preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • ERP system experience and competency (SAP)
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes
  • Knowledge of business processes supported by transaction processing capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
  • Ability to build, lead, and manage an effective team of highly-qualified and culturally diverse professionals
  • Have considerable experience with customer negotiations.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated commitment to education and professional development
  • Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty
  • Team player with a focus on collaboration
  • Willingness and be flexible to business travel.
  • Preferred :

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience
