    Responsible of monitoring compliance with relevant country and global regulatory laws, audits and operational controls established in the organization.

    What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory aspects on issues related to prevention of the Risk of Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction applicable to the subjects bound by articles 15 and 15 Bis of the Law 7786 present and future standards that may arise.
  • Inspect that all stages of the implementation and operation of monitoring, audits, matrices and established controls are executed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Likewise, that corrective measures and action plans are generated.

  • Implement training programs on issues related to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism for all personnel.
  • Report, escalate and document any deviation from the controls established within the procedures, manuals, policies or compliance matrix.
  • Attend any requirement of the Superintendency, FIU, Ministry of economy or any entity associated with compliance issues.
  • Report to the financial information and analysis unit (UIAF), transactions carried out, unusual or suspicious operations, according to current regulations.
  • Ensure that each of the areas of the company carry out the verification related to compliance and regulations in force in their daily processes and in turn comply with the procedures, manuals and policies in force within the organization.
  • Which can be carried out through audits that will finally yield reports on corrective measures and / or recommendations that should be applied.

  • Maintain all physical and digital evidence in everything related to their work as a support for compliance with any requirement of the authorities / control entity.
  • Generate reports with the periodicity established by the Regulator and the Monifai Administration according to the norm, laws and internal policies of the organization.
  • Certify before the administration compliance with the provisions regarding the prevention of LAFT in accordance with the entity's requirement.
  • Support in the management of Credit Loss Risk the assigned tasks that may include, collection management, monitoring, credit analysis.
  • What you'll need

  • Basic English proficiency, both written and oral.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to spot trends and insights from data analysis
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of MS Office tools
  • Experience working in a financial environment is a must
  • Experience creating compliance policies
  • More than 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field
