The Amazon Employee Services Technology team (ES Tech) is seeking an experienced Workday Test Analyst with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) to play a key role implementing and executing End to End User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Service Rehearsal and regression test activities for Employee Services business processes.
Our preferred candidate would have experience hands on Workday HCM testing experience, working with development and integration teams, leading end user testing, and post implementation support.
Job responsibilities include :
Define and create test scenarios and test scripts; stage test data
Define and report daily, weekly and other test metrics
Lead defect management, participate in issue triage and partner with HR Services and People Technology solutions team for defect resolution
Interact and develop strong relationships with business users in all HR Functional areas
Advocate test best practices and guidelines to business and technical stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field or the equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in testing end to end HCM implementations
Knowledge / Experience in HR processes & systems
Knowledge of software end to end testing methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in testing for web and mobile
Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills, comfortable working with and analyzing data
Bias for action, solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Experience working with remote stakeholders and project resources
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and enjoy doing so
Strong bias for action with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
