What We Need
A smart Product Manager who is analytical, can decompose a customer experience workflow and make recommendations for how to make it better.
We also want an Product Manager who shows business acumen and can use logic along with data to make recommendations on how to improve.
Your Area of Focus
Support and work closely with a team of fellow Product Managers on one of Kareo’s core products to help define and design features that delight our customers
Perform customer research studies and analysis, including customer surveys and interviews, conducting competitive analysis, reviewing industry research reports, determining needs of different target segments and presenting findings and recommendations to the Sr. Product Manager
Partner closely with other Kareo functions who are responsible for the customers' experience within sales, onboarding, support, and training
Analyze and prepare product usage reports on key Kareo product features, providing insight on what can be improved as input to the product roadmap
Analyze the customer experience and documenting use cases for key product roadmap features
Research product positioning and providing recommendations to Product Marketing
Collect feedback by studying customer support incidents, administering user tests, and visiting customers to study product interaction in their natural environment

Fluent English (CEFR B2+) verbal and written communication skills
A passion for product and technology as an enabler to improve the work of independent practice physicians and they patients they serve.
Medical billing and healthcare expertise is ideal; healthcare market curiosity is required
Self-starter who can work independently, yet is also a team player who partners well with others cross-functionally whether it’s engineering, sales, marketing or support
An opinion. Be passionate about the industry and / or technology and willing to share what you think
Experience and aptitude in identifying and driving process improvements by streamlining workflows, automating redundant tasks, and maximizing re-use
Previous experience in working closely with Product Management, ideally having had a direct hand in building remarkable products, from conception to completion.
This includes not only delivering features, but also architecting processes to drive successful adoption and support of those features
Understanding and interest in modern web architecture, cloud applications and application lifecycle management
