Manage and operate cutting edge SaaS delivered solutions in complex multi-layer enterprise environments.
Provide high level (Tier3) technical support and guidance to Micro Focus SaaS customers and internal teams around the world.
Work closely and effectively with a worldwide team of engineers, and collaborate with R&D and Product teams, to assist our international customer base in taking advantage of their SaaS based solutions.
Candidate must be having 5 years of experience in Windows Server 2008R2,2012 and 2016.
Hands on knowledge in all roles / features of Windows Servers like Active directory , DNS , DHCP and IIS.
Installation and OS Support - Repair / Re-Installation or fresh Installation
Proven experience in troubleshooting server, software and hardware issues
Must be able to understand and execute PowerShell Scripts
Knowledge on Virtualization (VMWare) is mandatory.
Should be capable enough to communicate with On-site DC team across UK and US Datacenters.
Should have knowledge on patching windows servers.
Installation of exchange, cluster setup and AV applications.
Knowledge on Citrix deployment and troubleshooting is added
Knowledge in AWS / Azure cloud with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS understanding is preferred.
Hands on knowledge in enterprise environment following ITIL best practices in day-to-days tickets(Incident, Request and Change management).
