In this role, you have the opportunity to

Ensure the correct operation of change control system, complying with the requirements and procedures established by the company and external regulatory bodies.

You are responsible for

Provide on time collaboration and required supportfor all recurring NPIs and other sustaining changes.

Approve Change Tasks in PLM system in atimely manner.

Coordinate implementation dates with assignees

Attend to project's accountability meetings in order to ensure that the change management process meets projects requirements (timelines).

Provide guidance to Change Management users for change's submission.

Elaborate supporting material for Change Management users (Visual Aids, checklists, etc).

Additional functions may be required as designated by the Supervisor.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor Degree in English Language Teaching,English-Spanish translation, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, bachelor degree or anyQuality-related-fieldor a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.

Intermediate - Advanced English Level (Oral-Written).

Experiencetranslating documents.

Working experiencewith Quality Management Systems and knowledge / understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations, etc (desirable).

Experience using PLM systems is preferred.

Training area experience is preferred.

Knowledge in writing procedures (desirable).

Knowledge of computer applications (i.e. : Microsoft Word, Adobe Pro, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Project, Windows, etc.)

Shift : Monday to Friday 2 pm to 10 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm.
