We’re seeking an Associate, Payments based in our SantaAna, Costa Rica office . For our Digital Operations team based in our CostaRica office.

In this role, you'll be responsible for completing day-to-daycollection processes and ensuring all work items are accounted for.

Conductoutbound calls to customers, negotiate, and collect unpaid debts. Processcollection payments and ensure proper posting for Accounting.

Completeresponses to bank inquiries and disputes by preparing comprehensive casereviews.

  • Complete responses to bank inquiries anddisputes by preparing comprehensive case reviews.
  • Tracking collection payments and follow up onpayment arrangements.
  • Support internal and external payment inquiriesand when necessary engage payment vendors.
  • Review accounts for placements to 3rd partycollection agencies and support inquiries.
  • Submit and track requests for proof of paymentsfrom retail agent locations.
  • Performs various administrative functionsincluding reporting and maintaining account notes.
  • Ensure all requests are processed accurately andwithin Service Level Agreements.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • English Level : 62% - (B2)
  • Microsoft Office savvy
  • Schedule flexibility including weekends
  • 3 years in a service industry or relevant experience is desired
  • At least one-year sole in service desk operations
  • Bachelor's degree desired.
