In joining Adobe’s Consumer & Business Finance organization, you will have the opportunity to help drive Adobe’s pivotal initiatives by partnering with the World-Wide Go to Market Teams, operations, and finance organization, to drive retention forecasts.
The position will report to the Director, FP&A, retention planning. This position will provide an outstanding opportunity to drive timely insights across Digital Media (DMe) Business at Adobe.
The ideal candidate for this role is a well-rounded top performer with excellent data analysis and forecast modeling skills, who will be a catalyst for growth in a fast-paced environment.
You should be a strong partner, who enjoys forming cross-functional relationships within Adobe. You will support automating complex financial models, develop engaging, interactive and standard dashboards, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies in management reporting.
What you'll Do
Apply data analytics and science tools / methodology to build financial models for retention using historical data and providing forecasts based on various dimensions.
Accountable for ad-hoc support & participation in critical business analytics and key project support as directed by management.
Ensure accuracy of the models and conducting scenario Analysis to derive range of outcomes.
Automate the models and create self-service capabilities in PowerBI.
Provide ad hoc analysis and financial modeling for specific asks and questions.
Documentation of the forecasting methodology / processes.
What you need to succeed
BS / BA with preferred focuses in areas of Business, Finance, or Information Systems. MBA or Master’s in Data Science a plus.
3-5 years of relevant finance experience and previous experience in creating / maintaining financial models for a subscription / SaaS business a plus.
Experience in UI and UX space demonstrated by using a combination of user interface tools such as wire frames, prototypes or mock-ups to illustrate product usability.
3+ years of proven experience designing and developing dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
Proficient in data platforms / systems (such as SQL, Hadoop, Snowflake), ETL tools (such as Alteryx, SnapLogic), process automation and standardization.
Experience working with large and complex data structures and develop efficient queries to create calculated fields.
Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating leaders and partners to act on recommendations.
Self-starter with high attention to details, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to take charge, set objectives, and deliver results.
Strong team orientation with great customer focus.
