Our team is looking for a product and detail minded Analyst to help us deliver more meaningful experiences to our users.

Our web analysts are tasked with analyzing feature launches by creating dashboards and setting important metrics. Helping answer analytical questions to support product, design and business.
Measuring and reporting revenue impact to the organization. Focusing on what impacts customer retention and drives growth.
And helping design and analyze A / B tests with product and engineering teams.
What you'll Do :
Monitor the Behance website’s performance using a combination of streaming click data, business databases sources, and company-wide warehouses
Define, analyze, and visualize both high-level and feature-level key performance indicators for the Behance product development teams and collaborators across the larger organization
Co-design A / B experiments, conduct statistical analysis on test results and present findings.
Support ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand customer behavior and diagnose data discrepancies.
Partner with other Adobe teams to analyze how Behance users interact with other Adobe products.
Discover potential opportunities to pursue in order to increase customer retention and growth.
What you need to succeed :
5+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics.
Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating and analyzing large data sets using SQL and / or SQL-like languages.
Advanced Excel skills.
Proven understanding of a data visualization tool such as Mode Analytics, Tableau or Power BI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail with the ability to stitch, calibrate and quality control multiple data sources.
Self-starter with ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, problem solve, and learn independently
Statistical analysis with A / B testing and confidence intervals.
Preferred Skills :
Web Analytics experience.
Experience with Adobe Analytics.
Knowledge of Data Science, Statistical modeling techniques.
Experience with Python and data-frames.
Predictive analytics and future growth forecasting.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $105,200 - $136,600
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
