As an integral member of the Document Cloud Marketing team, you will drive strategic category work for our business. You're an inspiring leader that will frame and define the categories we play in, market landscape, and uncover new growth opportunities.
You will define market TAM, key competitors and you’ll partner cross-functionally to communicate insights and strategic opportunities.
You will also understand key customer segments, drive the customer strategy and potential new product opportunities. In addition, you will help drive the annual and quarterly strategic marketing plans for the team.
As a top-tier marketer, you have deep customer appreciation for the customers, are data driven, and proficient in marketing frameworks, channels and tactics.
You understand software as a service and subscription models, excel at establishing relationships and credibility across diverse groups, a self-starter with strong initiative.

Own and drive the Document Cloud category work including ongoing category definitions, opportunities, regular competitive and product insights, and customer strategy
Define the category TAM and TPM and maintain and own ongoing management and process
Discover new business growth opportunities and unlocks for accelerate revenue and units
Develop compelling value proposition messaging for our core target segment to convince them to try, buy, and adopt our software.
Work with Product and Partnership teams to identify and nurture new partnership and product opportunities for growth
Partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and analytics teams to define strategic opportunities and priorities.
Own the communication and rollout.
Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Teams, GTM execution teams, and central marketing teams to translate strategies into marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with research and insights teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into meaningful recommendations for growth
Understand trial strategies, lineup, promotion pricing
BS / BA with 10+ years of marketing experience, technology company and SaaS experience preferred
Analytical, well verse in research. Utilizes and interprets insights to advise decisions and strategic direction
Demonstrates test & learn, and growth mentality
Customer-first orientation, with experience with SMB preferred
Demonstrated leadership success in multifaceted environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
People management experience
Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to drive high-impact business initiatives
Proficient in market research and how to utilize research and data to advise marketing strategies
Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations
Understanding of migration strategies and tactics, partner marketing
Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent program management skills
