POSITION SUMMARY :
Owns, defines and drives specific strategy and tactical plans for Vaccines / RD in Central America & the Caribbean region (CAC)
Responsible for : Generating revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting and
OpEx for Vaccines / RD as well as ensuring the realization of profitability across CAC
Matrix management & leadership to ensure optimal decision making between RTAL, local VORD Country Lead and local cross functional teams for effective support of the brand
Proactively driving the development of brand strategies to maximize the brand growth
Has deep market, customer, patient and competitor knowledge and insight and effectively uses them to articulate and drive the brand strategy.
Acts as the single-point go-to person’ on all brand related matters in CAC ,forms, represents the brand on all regional matters
Leads the brand cross-functional team in the country / cluster of responsibility
Collaborate with the regional brand team and other CBLs across LATAM in the deleveopment and delivery of regional initiatives and programs
Provides local insights and brand feedback to Regional team, and VORD Country / Cluster lead
Tailors and executes brand strategies to local market needs, and defines local priorities for the brand
Selects best-fitting modules from the region provided content and trans-create new promotional materials as needed
Manage local agencies
Forecasts brand performance, track progress towards target, and active involvement for revenue adjustment throughout the year during LE process
Allocates and execute in country brand marketing expenses
Develop brand plan / operating plan for Vaccines / RD in CAC region and continuously evaluating opportunities for the brand
Cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, H&V, Account mgmt, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.
In collaboration with the DBMs, leads the POA for Vaccines / RD, customizes materials to train Field Force on product messaging and prioritization based on local knowledge
Partners with Medical to identify and manage Vaccines / RD KOLs.
Develop appropriate MedEdl intiatives and brand programs to educate Vaccines / RD targeted HCPs on latest scientific updates and differentiated product attributes
Articulates and gains support for the brand objectives financially, strategically and tactically, and is able to work across the matrix to gain Country Lead brand plans and needed resources
5-10 years of marketing or relevant function (medical, H&V, finance) experience within the industry
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Master's degree or MBA desired
Proficiency in English and local language
