centric HR shared services, including HR systems, operations, and payroll administration globally. Our mission at HRSS is to develop a world-

class global HR infrastructure that provides services, processes and tools to enable businesses to manage their employees while assisting in management of cost, risk, growth and quality.

This is an opportunity to lead and manage the HRSS Global Employee Lifecycle Services (ELCS) team for the Latin America (LATAM) region.

This role will have operating and strategic accountability for the ELCS team of 30+ employees based in Tampa, in addition to global oversight and input concerning ELCS products.

Areas of responsibility will include HR operations management, participation in a global product network with regional ELCS leaders, and providing strategic management of all HR Shared Services functions related to Employee Lifecycle Services in LATAM.

Job responsibilities will include :

  • Manage a group of 30+ employees including managers and team leads overseeing functional taxonomies including Core HR, Time and Absence, Talent and Learning Operations
  • Serve as part of the global ELCS leadership team to implement harmonized ELCS practices and processes in Citi Service Centers across the globe
  • Guides team through full HCM system transition from PeopleSoft to Workday and Service Now, including creative process design according to stakeholder requirements, standard operating procedures and training implementation
  • Set operational targets based on capacity analysis and continuously monitors daily business performance and trends using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Work in close partnership with HRSS regional operations, global products, and HR partners to successfully design, develop and deliver globally consistent and locally compliant ELCS product operations, strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and grow subject matter expertise in ELCS functional practices within team
  • Empowers managers and team leads, promoting development within the organization while remaining accountable for overall performance
  • Responsible for continuous improvement including achievement of annual productivity targets
  • Actively identify and manage risks within the product
  • Ensure appropriate controls across the HRSS CSCs are implemented and that these controls are fully understood by their operators, and are properly evidenced
  • Build strategy to manage retention, career planning, and performance management
  • Engage with analysts at multiple levels; provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Implement an inclusive and transparent culture to promote employee engagement
  • Develop top class talent with able backups and succession plans
  • Ensure compliance with HRSS operations strategy through validation of HRSS operating principles and execution of best practices
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, related experience of 7-10 years
  • Must possess leadership ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detail and strong relationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiations

  • Experience managing day to day operations according to set targets and goals
  • Extensive knowledge of HR Shared Services product offerings and tools
  • Strategic management and ownership of HR operational activities
  • Experience managing HR operations functions across multiple taxonomies
  • Global experience preferred, understanding cultural and business differences across a diverse regional and global landscape
  • Proficient analyzing and manipulating data, and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and HR Service Now preferred
  • Persuades and influences others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues, stakeholders and partners
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with senior management
  • Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective presentation skills including presenting at cross functional forums
  • Travel
