A day in the life :
The leader of this team will be expected to own their business and the needs of their customers in relation to campaign management.
Managers of Campaign Managers teams develop direct customer relationships and are skilled project and / or program managers, delivering quantifiable service improvements in line with customer needs.
They develop high performing teams with clear goals to ensure team success, and partner closely with sales, account management, and design leadership to deliver results that matter to customers.
Leaders in this team have direct accountability for continuously improving customer satisfaction and efficiency of our teams.
As result, they establish partnerships with the Amazon teams that create our products and provide input to their roadmaps to help improve experiences for customers.
S / he will have the ability to tackle challenging and novel situations in a daily basis with a high degree of ambiguity, and have proven track record of staying connected to the details of the projects / businesses, by drilling down on fuzzy information, refusing to accept generalizations or light-weighted responses and knowing when to get involved without micromanaging.
About the hiring group :
Amazon Advertising is looking for an experienced Manager for our Campaign Management team. Associate Campaign Managers provide efficient and accurate campaign management while identifying opportunities to continuously improve our workflows and implement best practices across teams.
This means : diving deep on campaign management workflow improvements, analyzing defects and developing programs to fix root causes, and developing scalable mechanisms to deliver results.
