Duties & Responsibilities
The process group at Teradyne oversees the creation and compliance to the processes governing all aspects of product engineering at Teradyne.
As a Junior Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include : Partner with engineering project teams to measure and report on process compliance Prioritize non-
compliances based on severity and quality risk Provide aggregated compliance reports to engineering leadership Identify process bottlenecks and non-
compliance trends for process improvement Develop, document, and deploy process improvements Improve and administer process trainings Participate in CMMI certification assessments
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Outstanding communicationTeamwork, energy, and enthusiasm Knowledge of CMMI framework, ISO Framework, and / or basic engineering processesAbility to work within a cross-
functional teamAbility to apply process concepts within a practical project setting Bachelors Degree in EE / CS with 2-4 years industry experience or equivalent
Position Subject to ITAR / FOUO controls
Relocation Available (Some relocation assistance has been approved for this role)
