The Opportunity

If you are a strong leader and an exceptional social strategist, Adobe may be your next career stop. Reporting to the Director of Social, we are seeking a proactive, upbeat, collaborative, and strategic Group Manager to lead the future of Creative Cloud social.

This role will be tasked with setting a vision and directing a team of social strategists across Adobe’s Creative Cloud offerings including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom to drive a full-funnel program that reaches the next generation of creatives and creators.

From big campaign ideas to daily real-time content output, this senior leader has the skills and vision to coordinate a cross-product strategy that connects, engages, and inspires a social-first audience across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, among other platforms.

Sitting at the center of the Creator Economy, we’re looking for a leader who feels up to the challenge of driving the next iteration of social for Adobe’s Creative Cloud footprint.

This leader has robust experience leading social strategy and execution in highly matrixed organizations or in agency positions serving a variety of clients.

Deep understanding of myriad social platforms is a requirement, as well as a strong aptitude for how the role of paid, owned, and earned social strategies work together.

What you'll Do

Lead a team of social strategists to meet and exceed annual social KPIs

Supervise external agency partners to ensure targets and efficiencies are met across social platforms

Work across all social platforms to plan, implement, lead, and optimize owned campaigns, events, and always-on Creative Cloud programs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategizing, brainstorming, and crafting new content

Guide and manage relationships among Campaign, Integrated Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and always-on programs

Drive innovation in all activities, and ensure knowledge sharing across all teams

What you need to succeed

Proven leadership experience (10+ years) on the brand or agency side driving large-scale social media programs

Deep social media knowledge and expertise and a willingness to dig into emerging spaces and practices

Experience running large-scale owned, earned, and paid social campaigns, inclusive of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube, both tactically and strategically

Background running marketing programs for creative professional audiences, preferred

Consistent track record for seamlessly working across myriad teams and partners

Robust expertise in crafting insights and action from social metrics and reporting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Creative problem-solving skills

Ability to provide clear plans and strategies for sophisticated issues

Creative problem-solving skills with strong copywriting background

Exceptional communication skills
