Job Description : Call Center Agent

Requirements :

English language proficiency 85%-100% that includes reading, oral, writing, and listening skills.

MS Office knowledge (Excel).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Competences :

Excellent customer service.

Follow procedures and standards within the organization.

Responsibilities :

Search for data using information collected through public website.

Analyze the available information in filtered data, following the established procedures.

Validate business information using their own judgment, following the established procedures.

Make phone calls to businesses to obtain reliable information.

Share the acquired knowledge with the rest of the team when is required.

Participate in activities of the company.

Be positive in the workplace.

Respect the diversity of opinions.

Result-oriented focus work.
