To ramp and enable a critical business unit, we need a Financial Planning and Analysis (FPnA) and Risk and Controls Manager.
This position will have 4 to 8 senior analysts as direct reports located across United States and Costa Rica.
The individual and the team is responsible for FPnA (Financial Planning and Analysis), internal controls, and audit functions across specifics Business Units including :
Overall Ethics and Compliance and Risk Management of an specific business unit in the Americas Region : design and implement systematic processes to detect and prevent potential control issues by facilitating effective risk assessment processes and overseeing risk mitigation strategies
Collaborating with Intel internal groups to perform audits of our customers to evaluate customers' compliance to Intel selling and special programs' terms and conditions
Financial planning and analysis for a specific business unit including quarterly spending forecast and closing the books, facilitating the business through performing analysis to optimize Intel's investment
Resource allocation within the team to achieve OKRs, resource allocation includes restructure Roles and Responsibilities, ZBB, standardization, modernization, outsourcing and scaling through COE (Centers of Excellence), and new working models.
Working with other regional and other business units’ teams to drive standardization, optimization and process, guideline improvements among others.
Provide, Communicate, and implement strategies to address business opportunities and challenges
Be the leader of cross-functional teams or project : explore, plan, execute and implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field with 8+ years of related practical experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Planning, forecasting and business modeling.
OR Master’s degree on Finance or any other related field with 6+ years of related practical experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Planning, forecasting and business modeling.
2+ years of managing a team experience
Advanced English level
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior FPnA and Risk and Controls experience
Experience with Power BI or any Data visualization or analytics tools.
Passion and knowledge for driving process improvements, automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM)
