Team Managers report into the Payroll Country Manager and they are accountable for specific procedures within the payroll process by leading a group of Payroll Analysts and Coordinators, while incorporating and promoting enhancements to improve their respective processes.
Oversees and balances daily activities to align priorities and focus. This role is responsible to monitor and review performance indicators (Pay defects, HMD, SLA compliance, TT handling) to ensure service delivery and quick action to solve for process issues.
They coordinate directly with the payroll vendor and / or data input producers to ensure end-to-end within their process is covered.
The Team Managers enable mechanisms to produce timely responses to stakeholders’ inquiries received through communication channels and Trouble Tickets.
Identifies stakeholder’s needs or process improvement opportunities and proposes scalable solutions. They supervise their corresponding process to verify team members are following internal and external controls and regulations, along with producing the required documentation.
This role also works directly on the development of individual contributors in their team.
