Assist US Payroll Director and Global Leads on Merger and Acquisitions projects with a level of project management experience.
Strong execution on deliverables and communication relating to.
Act as a central resource for issue resolution and serve as the operations liaison for all Thomson Reuters US and Global regions.
Will assist in strategizing and documenting improvements related to process and / or technology.
Assist in the design and documentation of standard operating procedures around Global Payroll operations. This includes but is not limited to Workday, international assignees, G2N checklists and process, Pay code process, banking and any other significant processes as necessary or identified.
Assist in the sub-ledger and Workday interface process and continuous improvement.
While not responsible for Global Payroll implementations, this role should maintain a listing and timeline of payroll implementation activity and may assist as needed.
Assist in the compilation, assembly and analysis of metrics and a dashboard for Global Payroll.
