As a System Administrator (SysAdmin), you will be in charge of maintain, upgrade and manage company technological infrastructure, its configurations and the several services kept on it.

Given the intensive use of technologies in the cloud in the company, you will be in charge of the creation and maintenance of the different services and artifacts to keep the entire IT infrastructure Cloud based.

The Job...

Design, install and configure servers and services platform.

Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.

Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment.

Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and / or organizations.

Define and document best practices and support procedures.

Monitoring system performance or event logs for normal operations.

Maintains and supports the integrity of the entire company Infrastructure.

Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical resources.

Effectively respond to critical customer outages related to systems faults and software bugs within the infrastructure.

Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance processes

Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies.

Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.

Manage projects self-sufficiently and to 100% completion.

Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.

Stays current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommends ways to take advantage of new technology.

Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years work experience or equivalent experience

1+ Years’ experience as System Administrator

Proven experience on Cloud Computing Technologies. Preferably on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Proven experience on Linus environments as administrator

Good knowledge of networking services and configurations

Good knowledge of Rancher and Kubernetes technologies or similar

Good knowledge of Cybersecurity

Strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster collaboration with other organizational departments.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Good English Language Skills (B2 or upper level)
