In this role, you have the opportunity to
Supports strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions.
You are responsible for
Leads the financial performance processes of the factory (rolling forecasts, annual operating plan, month end closure).
Ensures timely and accurate deliverables, finance forecast reliability and scoping
Recommends changes to factory financial policies.
Supports management reviews to measure meeting of objectives
Develop data-driven solutions requiring a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles and concepts.
Leads improvement projects, in coordination with other factories in the United States.
Performs analysis of situations requiring a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis and determines appropriate action.
Builds productive internal working relationships across the Philips integrated supply chain.
Influences a multi-million dollar manufacturing operation.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Fluency in Business English
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Finance and / or Accounting orientated study. CA / CPA / ICWAI preferred.
0 to 3 years of progressive working experience and roles in e.g. Finance, FP&A, financial control, management reporting and analysis, preferably within an international environment.
