  • Works in a function that plans tactical and / or strategic direction of the business unit or company. Assists with defining visions, tactics and / or strategies of the organization.
  • Oversees the overall operations and performance for the assigned Regional Communities, acting as a point of contact with the Regional Community Leaders formal or implementations or projects.
  • Gathers data and analyzes the information to determine the best requirements to achieve objectives, including efficiencies and added value.
  • Helps define goals and develops detailed plans to achieve those goals.
  • Assists in developing tactical and / or strategic plans to ensure the most efficient utilization of the resources.
  • Conducts special studies / projects, which impact the organizations tactical and / or strategic direction.
  • Assists with developing, evaluating, and in some cases implementing new initiatives and opportunities.
  • Help communicate tactical and / or strategic plans and may advice in implementing these with the Regional Communities.
  • Manages activities with significant impact on business results and organizational strategy.
  • Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business / technical issues within established policies.
  • Acts as a key advisor to Regional Community Leaders on the development of overall goals for their communities
  • Extremely strong organizational, project and time management skills; detail oriented.
  • Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work.
  • Ability to take self-initiative and be proactive.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information.

  • Outstanding English language proficiency in all four dimensions : writing, reading, listening, and speaking.
  • Availability to work in a team oriented-fast-paced organization.
  • Facilitate communication with all levels of management, both internal and external.
  • Advanced level skills with Office 365.
  • Ability to create diverse presentations, communications, and correspondence, including documents of complex and confidential nature.
  • Ability to train and educate users, ensuring propagation of best practices at all time.
  • Good sense of humor, outgoing, warm and friendly personality, and good team member
  • General Duties :

  • Carry out the job in an efficient, diligent, and accomplished manner, done so swiftly under the appropriate parameters of professional and technical responsibility, requiring actions fit to, among others, principles of ethics, honorability, honesty, and transparency, always acting under the guidelines of its employer and our client's management representatives, to whose authority the worker shall be subjected to in all matters regarding work.
  • Execute the services and task pertaining to the worker’s specific post, with the appropriate diligence, intensity, caution, dedication, care, energy, enthusiasm, and responsibility, in the form, time, place, and under the conditions set forth in this document, bearing in mind always and at all times that the timely and excellent attention, and the right and proper customer service, are key aspects in the normal and successful development of the Regional Community Operations unit.
