Built on our industry leading conversational AI platform, EC Digital Commerce provides a complete solution to reach consumers on display and social platforms using our AI driven ad personalization, drive engagement via messaging and help convert using AI and BOT technologies and / or support the interaction with agents / humans to drive greater CX / outcome.
How will you make an impact?
Listen to the trends in the market and direct the efforts of the company in Digital Commerce
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer needs by participating (where appropriate) in client QBRs, sales engagements and research into how customers use ours and our competitors’ products and solutions.
With this knowledge you will provide guidance to the product management team to build better products and solutions.
A deep understanding of our competitors’ offering in terms of features, price, sales approach etc. gained through regular competitive analysis and customer feedback will enable you to define ways to differentiate our propositions and enable our sales and marketing teams to communicate more effectively to the market and customers.
Understanding how customers purchase and use customer engagement product / solutions will enable you to work with product management to structure and price our offering for faster take-up and growth in various segments, ensuring any pricing / structure aligns with the broader Engagement Cloud.
Your deep knowledge of the digital commerce product / solution will be called upon to support the sales team on RFIs / RFPs and client meetings for deeper conversation on capabilities and demos.
Develop clear, customer-centric product positioning and messaging that resonates with multiple business audiences / personas
Launch new products and features and manage the cross-functional execution of launch plans
Understand and support our sales channels; create and deliver effective enablement content that helps sellers identify opportunities and communicate our unique value
Work with other product / solution marketing leaders across the company (Platform and Voice Commerce) to ensure you create a consistent approach to product marketing processes.
Your style will enable you to work collaboratively with other departments such as sales, marketing, product management and engineering to create an engaging and highly effective working environment
Proactively work with demand generation and customer marketing teams to create and organize product roadshows, solution webinars, case studies, product / solution presentations and thought leadership articles related to Digital Commerce
Partner with our Analyst Relation leader to position Digital Commerce and Engagement Cloud to drive awareness and leadership.
Support all your marketing activities with solid financial and performance analysis

Above all, you have the strategic experience and creative chops to help drive world class product marketing.
You have a strong product / solution marketing background with experience in SaaS / software products.
You have a demonstrated ability to leverage consumer and product research to develop propositions and programs that drive user adoption of products
You possess strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
You have a track record of developing strong and proactive relationships with marketing, product managers and sales leaders to ensure your solution is well understood and represented.
You have a proven record of successfully launching products and programs globally and locally
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, at ease and calm with frequent pivots in priorities
You have a global perspective
BSc / BA Comp Sci, Marketing relevant field; MSc / MBA will be an advantage
Proven experience in Product / Solution Marketing
Demonstrable experience in developing product structure, pricing, and supporting marketing activities
Solid understanding of product technologies
A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
Outstanding communication, presentation (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities; demonstrate an ability to create succinct and visually impactful presentations
Experience marketing / promoting products based on AI and Machine Learning is a big plus.
Experience marketing products related to chatbots, conversational AI, speech bots is a big plus.
Understanding of the AI / ML algorithms in Natural Language Processing or Speech is a big plus.
