Adobe Sign is a SaaS product and part of the Adobe Document Cloud family. It revolutionizes how the world signs documents.
It is the fastest, the easiest way to get contracts signed, tracked and filed.
Our focus will be to improve and optimize how Sign is trialed and sold, through the breadth of Adobe’s internal and external sales channels.
We will ensure that our global customers can try and buy Sign how they want, where they want, and in the configuration they want!
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, industry market trends and the competitive landscape. Perform in-depth business analysis to support product recommendations.
Meet regularly and directly with customers to clearly understand their workflows and concerns, as well as refine product concepts.
Collect additional requirements from internal business colleagues and partners in support of overall business goals, product positioning, and go-to-market planning
Drive the product concept and product requirements definition. Prioritize requirements, trading off time and scope while meeting user needs and business goals.
Write detailed user stories that clearly articulate the customer need.
Convert requirement into a clear development framework, working directly with engineering. Influence and empower cross-functional teams to move toward a shared vision.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing and support to deliver the right product
Maintain rolling one-year product execution plans and three-year product strategic plans
Influence and lead product initiatives by the strength and clarity of your product vision throughout the product lifecycle
How you'll succeed
The team is looking for a highly-motivated and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager. The position requires significant social skills;
excellent communications and problem-solving skills; knowledge of the product development lifecycle; and experience creating software for organizations ranging in size from small teams to large enterprises.
Responsible for a product that not only has a significant impact on Adobe but on the software industry as well.
Requires 5+ years of growing product management responsibility in software or hosted services / SaaS, with success shipping commercial products
Requires BA / BS, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
Expertise in managing software offers and commerce strongly preferred. Experience in packaging and selling software offers to different customers through a range of sales channels.
Obsession for phenomenal user experiences and experience working with design teams from concept to delivery. Strong attention to details and high EQ towards user centric design.
Experience with design thinking, prototyping software, user research, testing and validation.
Experience with driving product adoption and measuring Key Performance Indicators
Experience with agile software development practices within a large cross-functional team
Ability to concisely summarize complex issues and make clear, compelling recommendations
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work towards winning outcomes
Strong communication and social skills that allow you to work optimally with everyone from engineers to sales / marketing to customers
