Mains Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of the Learning Management System (LMS) according to the training requirements of the job positions.
  • Ensure training requirements are kept up to date and aligned to the QMS.
  • Support the onboarding process of new hires by delivering key training related to the QMS basic functions (i.e., good documentation practices, an overview of electronic systems, training plans, etc.).
  • Support scheduling of onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Create and / or improve training content related to QMS basic functions.
  • Perform core document changes to align the process with company practices within the QMS boundaries (as required).
  • Deliver training to employees on QMS Training procedures and the use of the LMS.
  • Provide guidance to personnel on the development, management, evaluation, and improvement of training activities in the different areas within the organization.
  • Support for the creation and digitalization of training content in the LMS of the different activities to be executed within the organization.
  • Ensure training records are stored according to the QMS requirements.
  • Who you are

  • Complete COVID-19 Vaccination Schedule (3 doses required).
  • Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience.
  • University study of at least 25% of approved credits in computer science teaching, English teaching, or business administration (desirable).
  • Technical degree in quality control, teaching, or administrative assistance (is a plus).
  • Required knowledge :

  • English level : intermediate-advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking (understand, interpret, execute, and communicate general instructions).
  • Creation of audiovisual material to deliver training.
  • Demonstrated experience as instructor or teacher.
  • Knowledge of federal and international Good Manufacturing Practices (desirable).
  • High level in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience in using service platforms.
  • Skills :

  • Customer service oriented
  • Flexibility in changing daily workload priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task and self-direct (as required).
