We’re looking for an experienced leader to bring world-class optimization approaches to our industry-leading Non-Genuine Conversion Programs, focused on the substantial base of users who believe they have genuine Adobe products but unfortunately do not.
This requires a focus on the psychology of this customer engagement and journey, optimization of the experience, and the building of an end-to-end funnel that transitions the customer while maintaining a positive brand perception of Adobe.

Who We Are
We are the Fraud Prevention and NonGenuine Conversion Team, which might not seem core to the Adobe business but we are, largely due to the business impact and opportunity that fraud and nongen conversion represent.
We are a team that functions almost as a startup within Adobe, with exceptional collaborating, influence, and integration across all aspects of Adobe’s business.

250% every year for 4 years, and are looking to continue this trajectory by adding another key leader that brings deep expertise in the area of customer journey, associated psychology, approaches and tools, and ways of driving that compliment what we have, while taking us to the next level.
The Role :
The creative and document world runs on Adobe applications. Your role will impact millions of designers, photographers, artists, and knowledge workers within businesses and organizations globally who use Adobe’s products to make the impossible possible but somehow wound up with non-genuine versions or versions that have other aspects of risk.
Our programs identify these conditions, allow customer communication and management of the customer journey, and ultimately drive conversion-based business.
This role leads the continued development and optimization of the various customer-outreach and conversion programs, within a leadership team that leads inter-dependent elements of Engineering, Platforms, Analytics, Go-To-Market, and Fraud Prevention.
