Manages all marketing functions including Brand & Category Activation, Customer Experience, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing by leading the countries marketing team members

Lead the commercial execution of revenue generating marketing strategies and initiatives to increase new business, reduce customer churn and increase loyalty with End Users, DSRs and Distributors.

Lead omnichannel commercial programs & sales promotions through the channel and with the sales organization to deliver ABP objectives for acquisition / penetration / retention
Builds capability of sales organization in key jobs to be done & insights associated with appropriate market segments to improve sales closure rates
Represents the country in regional projects to help build innovation and categories strategies.
Drive price and mix opportunities to ensure profitable and sustainable growth, leading commercialization in market & maintaining alignment with LAO brand / category strategy.
Lead the execution of the communication and activation plan for both customers and channel.
10 years of experience in marketing, preferable in B2B, and team management roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behavior
Resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities
Managing & successfully influencing Global and Regional complex stakeholder relationships
Proven track record of tracking communication performance and sales results.
Masters / MBA with concentration in Marketing
Experience in a B2B environment
Experience in Customer Experience and Sales
