What We Need
We are looking for an CS Trainer who plans, organizes, and coordinates the development of programs and strategies to ensure adequate staff training on processes and methodologies used by the company.
Trains and prepares the technical support agents based on the requirements for each position, following a pre-established training plan.
May also participate in the design of the plan.
Your Area of Focus
Responsible for day to day training of employees including new hire process and product training, upgrades, and revision to process and programs, organize and facilitate training where knowledge gaps are identified by Department Quality team
Determine with the training leader the best approach to executing all training. Create, schedule, and deliver a positive, fun and rewarding training environment that ensures the employees are successful
Coordinate with leaders to design new process / product training for all Costa Rica employees. Collaborate with peers, supervisors, managers, and training leader to understand training needs and review training materials and process
Ensure all new hires are trained appropriately on all current products / process
Redesign new hire training as new products and process are developed and rolled out
Measure training effectiveness and make positive and well thought out suggestions to training and business leaders
Ongoing redesign of materials to ensure the impact on the employees is positive and effective
Scripts, records, and uploads self-paced training material for remote learning via Learn Upon
Responsible of upholding and sharing COVID safety protocols for new hire classes
Your Professional Qualifications
Advanced English (CEFR C1) communication skills, both verbal and written
Training Certifications preferred
2-3 years of experience in delivering training materials to classes
Experience designing, developing and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferred
Knowledge in adult learning theory
Positive attitude that drives positive training and employee buy in
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to act professionally, confidently and positively communicate with all levels of employees and management
Ability to maintain integrity and high level of professionalism
Experience with interactive tools such as Miro board, Camtasia, Storyline, Audacity, Microsoft Office, etc.
Experience creating scripts and recordings on self-paced training programs is also a plus!
