Adobe Campaign is looking for exceptional engineers to join our CustomerEngineering team. Adobe Campaign helps you build customer profiles from data gathered across all of your channels.

With this profile, you can orchestrate campaigns across online channels like email, web, and mobile, as well as offline channels like direct mail or your call center.

By connecting all of your marketing channels, you’re able to customize the different journey each customer will take in the way that makes sense to them.

Customer Engineering team is comprised of creative problem solvers and strategic software engineers who collaborate with customer / partners to understand business use cases to develop new solutions leveraging our product portfolio in Adobe Experience Cloud.

What you’ll do :

  • You will understand marketers’ business challenges in Customer Journey Management and help customers be successful through building scaled solutions.
  • Develop architectural blueprints for integrating Adobe Experience Platform and our Customer Journey Management solutions with other enterprise applications
  • You will create reference implementations that customers and partners can readily use to accelerate adoption of Adobe technologies.
  • Explore & process data from disparate sources and generate actionable insights
  • Design, implement and build pipelines that deliver data with measurable quality
  • Be a domain expert in Customer Journey Management keeping up with industry trends and develop new innovative solutions
  • Influence Data Modeling strategy for Customer Experience Domain

  • What you need to succeed

  • Technical : Strong experience in developing cloud native applicationsExperience with snowflaYou have a strong experience in Extract Transform and Load using Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
  • You have hands-on experience building data pipelines at scale. You have experience in Data Modeling and expert in SQL.

  • Domain : Expertise in enterprise customer experience management products(Marketing / Commerce / CRM etc). Hand-on experience with Adobe Campaign or other email marketing solutions is a big plus
  • Innovation : You continually research and evaluate emerging technologies. A forward thinker who is passionate about developing highly innovative breakthrough technologies and has the resilience to make innovation happen.
  • Communication : You communicate complex ideas clearly. You can tell a data story with the aid of powerful data visualizations.
  • Customer Success : You are obsessed over delivering products that solves critical business needs and iterating with customers for early feedback.
  • 8+ years of experience solving big data problems with a strong background in distributed computing
