The Security Governance organization (Client Security, Issues Management, exceptions Management and Internal Audit Coordination) is looking for a QA analyst to work with each of the teams in the group to identify areas for improvement, efficiency savings and opportunities for automation.
This ideal candidate will be driven, very hard working, self-sufficient, a phenomenal communicator and extremely professional as well as having a proven background in process engineering or process improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with all functions of the Security Governance group to identify areas for improvement, efficiency savings and opportunities for automation
Analyze Quality data in order to find gaps and critical issues that need to be addressed ASAP
Report quality results to Managers and Senior Director on a regular basis
Lead and attend calibration meetings with Quality Supervisor / Lead and business owners as needed
Build quality KPI’s for all supported functions
Create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement’
Maintain an assertive communication; keep day to day effective contact with agents, Team Leads and Supervisors for Quality purposes
Produce monthly metrics for senior leadership supporting progress towards continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude
Flexible in their approach to work
Respond quickly to unexpected changes with creativity and humility
Must be able to produce executive level reporting
Minimum 12 months within Equifax, must have very good performance (Quality and Production and no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months)
Strong knowledge and experience of process engineering or process improvement methodologies such as LEAN is a must
Understanding of RPA and requirements for effective implementation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Bilingual English Spanish B2+ level, Spoken and written
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Advanced analytical skills
Excellent social conflict resolution skills and a phenomenal teammate
Student of Industry engineering, computer sciences, business administration or any other college career related to processes is a plus but not required.
Meaningful work experience is required.
