Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
You will be responsible for oversight and management of money transfer operations for WU Retail global payment infrastructure.
You also will provide key operational insights on best operational payment practices, reporting, and analysis. The position will also work closely with various departments, vendors, and agents to maintain best in class payment systems and resolve issues.
The Credit Risk team controls the whole credit and payments cycle and your role will be to lead and motivate this team and look at ways to implement process efficiencies to create a lea n process.
Some of the areas you will work on improving our reporting, financial analysis, and systems development.
For this role , we will require you to be educated to a degree level or equivalent in a Finance or Accounting based subject.
You will need to have experience in credit risk or finance in a management position of at least 5 years, in combination with strong proven People Manager experience.
You must be analytical ly minded and an advanced use r of Micros oft Excel. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
You must have a sharp eye and be specialized in overseeing technical forecasts to assist management in strategic planning.
