General Summary :
The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a central point of contact to coordinate scheduling activities for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
Partners with TA recruitors, HR Partners, and hiring managers to successfully support candidate care and provide other support associated with a candidate’s application, interviewing and hiring process
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for scheduling canidate phone and onsite interviews with recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels.
Coordinates and arranges candidate logistics related to travel and lodging.
Ensures a seamless canidate experience for onsite activities by serving as a guide for the day, booking rooms, setting up WebEx, etc.
Communicates interview, travel, schedule and other related activities with canidates.
Job Requirements :
High-school degree or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
One year experience in administrative support role; Two years work experience in Human Resources or Recruiting preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with numerous moving parts and last minute changes
Effective problem solving, process improvement and troubleshooting skills
Team oriented with the ability to flex in support of timelines, and deliverables
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Profecient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of HR technology and applicant tracking systems preferred
Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
