Who You'll Work With
You will join the Costa Rica Client Capability Hub as part of our Sustainability Insights team.The Sustainability practice is growing globally and we are now expanding Sustainability Insights, the asset branch of the Sustainability practice.
As a Solution Analyst / Solution Associate, you’ll be supporting our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) capabilities, helping clients improve the ESG performance by understanding their current position and setting an aspiration.
The role of a Solution Analyst is to support ESG analyses by using multiple data sources, working with the client service teams to fit client context, and building the tool to further support more client engagements and bring impact.
The team member will work directly with Sustainability Insights leadership to ensure the planning, execution, and insights from our capabilities meet the highest quality standards.
You will work closely the team to administer the tool, manage client relationships, and work directly with McKinsey client service teams using the tool with their clients.
What You'll Do
You will work with consultants, clients or internal teams to prepare complex data analyses, sometimes be-spoke custom analysis, using large data that help solve client problems and deliver significant measurable impact.
In this role, you will answer potential questions from consultants regarding our capabilities and how we can support, as needed.
You will partner with ESG and Sustainability Insights leadership and consultants to plan scope of analyses that fits client context.
You will perform business cases analyses, aggregate data from multiple internal and external databases to analyze client’s performance against peers, ensure data is correct and check against client sources.
You will provide insights on ways clients could improve their ESG performance based on data collected, proprietary McKinsey knowledge, expert input and synthesis of analyses.
You will communicate insights in a compelling manner through presentations and while problem-solving with consultants.You will provide support to other ESG-related analyses for consultants and answer questions regarding ESG, collect data and share with consultants based on their request.
You will work with ESG leadership to ensure proper pricing for unique requests and perform unique analyses based on team’s needs.
You will also support tool and knowledge development of our ESG capabilities such as performing large scale analyses on the database for knowledge development and collecting potential additional features.
You will help design the future of the firm’s ESG capabilities. Functions
