An exciting opportunity to expand your career is waiting for you at Sage Intacct. We currently have an Inbound SDR Manager opening in our Downtown San Jose, CA or our Lawrenceville, GA location to to manage and help take our Sales Development team to the next level.
You will play a critical role in building and growing a Sales Development team that is focused on generating qualified prospects for Sage Intacct’s direct and channel sales forces accomplished through a combination of inbound lead qualification, prospect incubation, and specialized campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities :
Ongoing hiring, mentoring and development of the sales development team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new reps.
Developing and continuously improving lead qualification criteria using an established methodology such as BANT Budget, Authority, Need, Timeframe
Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team.
Supporting the team by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required
Provide weekly reporting on volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversion to qualified prospects, sales opportunities generated and campaign effectiveness.
Consistently monitoring the activity of the sales development team and tracking the results to continually improve productivity.
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct products and technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
Requirements :
A leader with a passion for Software as a Service (SaaS) and a desire to build a career in this fast-growing space.
BS / BA in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields preferred or relevant sales experience.
Minimum 1 year directly managing a team of SDR / BDR’s.
Successful experience collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to craft phone messages, scripts, and email communications for target audiences.
Expert in using and other sales tools / products to drive your team’s effectiveness in achieving all sales goals.
Five plus years of experience in telemarketing, sales development, or sales management, preferably in business applications, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations
Proven ability to effectively hire and train new representatives.
Excellent presentation and listening skills.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong relationship-building and people management skills.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
Knowledge of Financial Applications and complementary solutions preferred.
